For some reason all the shopbop packages end up in a distribution centre in Illinois for weeks on end. I will be sending this item back since they don't charge for returns and will never buy from them again. It didn't come with my package so I reached out to customer service and waited 2 days for a return label and still nothing has been received and the representative tells me to try another courier myself since the label HAS to come from the courier and she has no control over it. So I paid for customs up front, where I'm supposed to be able to get a free return in Canada. Maybe get a different courier service to deliver?I made sure that I clicked on there website to convert to AU dollars, but I was charged in US dollars, more than double the price I ordered it. The past past year’s six orders were processed flawlessly. My invoice said it was in Canadian funds and that shipping was free but duties and taxes were added.

Imagine how wrinkled is the handbag when I got it! It’s misleading and deceptive. shopbop a good one. When I received my credit card statement I was charged an extra $50 exchange rate even though I was quoted the price in Cdn $. Try Revolve instead, they charge just the exact amount. After reading all the other reviews, think I have to speak out for shopbop. I went to the shopbop Australia website and made sure I clicked on AUD but it STILL charged me in American dollars ($50 more than what I was expecting). False adversiting but I still gave it a try--WASTE of time. I was refunded the difference when the item I had bought a couple of days previous went in the sale.
