I placed an order on 12/06/2020 and ETA would be on 13/07/2020. We pride ourselves on our (fast)worldwide delivery and multilingual customer service. D.Y. Every issue I ever had with them was delt with swiftly and efficiently. I keep email the customer service and served by a person name Ziyanda R. Our first conversation said that I need to inform her back if I still didn't get my parcel on 13/07/2020. Stay safe with our COVID-19 guideHonestly, no idea, seems like their staff are very untrustworthyI had problems with them before I even ordered something, because they would keep changing what they told me about stock on a book,I wouldnt trust these liars with valuable information like your personal card(have ordered it in the end, but never arrived, they lied about the stock apparently and its gonna be a much longer wait, regretting buying it from here)Honestly, no idea. Unfortunately, I still haven't receive my book until today. It's like a lottery and I feel like an idiot hoping everyday that my books arrive when in the end they won't. Until today, I get no response at all. The review is for the Book Depository.. If Book Depository is a SCAM I don't know but I started doubting whether they truly send the books or not, maybe they choose some customers to be the lucky ones. With UK to UK online orders dispatch and receiving the item is usually around 5 days max. Took only a couple extra days for them to get the book, due to this COVID19, but only a couple of extra days.
I understand that COVID-19 had caused considerable delays however it is 1 week since Book Depository agreed to replace my order and they still have not dispatched my order after 1 week.
I also have not received any response within 24 hours why they haven't dispatched my order after emailing them to chase up my order as they claim they would.I have always received my orders and in good time, the books are nice packed and sent individually with a bookmark ,the transport was free.I've ordered 3 times and each time the books have arrived in excellent condition and within the time specified, even during quarantine.
So yes, my disappointment is beyond words now. I don't think it gets any deeper than that. I also have them but I fill them again (I don't put my credit card info because I don't want to, and the address it's just filled in because Google remembers it).Claim your listing for free to respond to reviews, update your profile and manage your listing. They are the BEST. But only after enquiring the item was dispatched on the 28th. Just a few minutes ago, our mail lady interrupted my breakfast, as she rang the bell, handing me the parcel from Book Depository with my book in it. I keep emailing them but only they are just messing and keep asking questions... very useless website... I’m regretting for ordering from this website 🤬🤬🤬🤬such a good company and customer service, definitely gonna order from you next time.Thanks I ordered like 8+ books!

The publication date came and went and The title was no longer in stock on the website and I’d heard nothing so contacted customer services I was completely messed around and told they weren’t sure whether it had been published or not then a day later I was told by two advisers they had the book and were processing my order. I waited until 17/07/2020 cause I do understand about the current Covid19 shipment issue. Guys avoid this company they need to use their profits to train their staff!
