(a)Any amount paid or deposited by the Purchaser shall be refunded to the Purchaser within seven (7) business days.The Seller is obliged, free of charge, not later than six (6) months from the Date of Signature and thereafter within thirty (30) days of the end of each successive period of six (6) months following the date of the first statement of account, to send to the Purchaser at the Purchaser’s domicilium address, a statement of account drawn in accordance with the provisions of Section 16 of the ALA and Section 109 of the NCA.
