Nice esters: melon, tropical fruit.Spicy floral hops (chrysanthemum) hit strong, then medium rich malt, then a solid wall of bitterness to wrap it up. The ginger flavor was fairly mild here, but folks remarked that its mellow flavor would make for a great mixer.
Bitterness plays a supporting role with hops flavor up front and malt sweetness in the background. Big hops bitterness, but good balance for the style with a relatively dry finish.
